A Note for Customers in the EU
Since July 1st 2021, all parcels going from the UK to the EU are subject to VAT and handling fees, which are charged by each country’s customs authority. As a consequence, parcels are often delayed whilst they’re processed by customs, and some parcels can even be returned to us for spurious reasons.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we will have no choice but to ask you to pay for shipping again, should you want us to send the parcel a second time. Alternatively, we can refund your original purchase, less the amount paid for shipping.
